FX111C-ZC 型亚麻栉成机是我公司最新设计研发的新型亚麻纤维梳理设备。（由FX111C型亚麻栉梳机加FX212A型亚麻成条机组成），该机采用PLC、变频器、触摸屏及各种传感器的控制和组态技术，精细地控制夹麻器的升降速度和针帘的梳理速度，集成气动系统，控制机器的工艺动作，实现了从打成麻梳理到并合成条的自动连续作业，缩短了原有工艺路线，具有机电一体化程度高、高效高质、省工省时、劳动强度低、降低消耗等特点，该设备的技术水平为国际先进。解决了原 FX101 型（前苏联 Ч-302-Л 型）栉梳机对亚麻纤维梳理效果差的老问题，大幅提高了纤维的梳理质量，可以充分满足用户纺纱工艺的新要求，并可以没有任何障碍地使工艺人员的理想梳理方案得以实现。
FX111C Flax Hackling Machine is our latest design and development of new flax fiber carding equipment (It’s made up of FX111C Hackling machine and FX212A Spreader machine) . The equipment adopts PLC, inverter, touch screen, sensor control of various types and configuration technique, Precise control the lifting speed of the holder and the carding speed of the hackle curtain, integrated Pneumatic System, control of Machine Process Action, realize the automatic continuous processing from scutched fibre to spreader sliver, shorten the original technological route, has the characteristics of high degree of mechatronics, high efficiency, high quality, saving labor and time, low labor intensity, nd reducing consumption, etc. The technical level of the equipment is advanced in the world. It solves the problem of poor carding effect of flax fiber by the former FX101 (Ч-302-Л of former Soviet Union) Hackling Machine, substantially promoted the fiber carding quality; it can fully fulfill the customer’s new requirements for yarn spinning technology, smoothly realizing the processing technician’s carding plan in a perfect way.
FX212A 型亚麻自动成条机可广泛应用于 FX101、FX111 型亚麻栉梳机。与上述各种类型的栉梳机对接后，成为这些栉梳机的自动成条系统，使栉梳机实现梳理、成条连续、自动作业，既可以提高麻条的质量，又达到了减少工序、节省用工、提高效率、降低生产成本的效果。
FX 212A Flax Auto Spreader is widely applicable for FX101, FX111 hackling machine. After connecting with the those hackling machines, it can be taken as the automatic system of these machines to realize hackle-spreader continuously and working automatically, so that it not only improve the quality of sliver, but also achieve the effect of reducing working procedure, saving labor, improving efficiency and reducing production cost.
